Since I have been around 26 weeks pregnant I have been suffering very badly with heartburn. I was trying all natural remedies such as laying upright and not drinking fizzy drinks or eating close to bedtime but none of these worked. I bought this Gaviscon and it works absolute wonders for me!! Many pregnant woman are very concerned about any medication other than Paracetamol, however all of Gaviscon's products are completely safe to take during pregnancy. They state doses should be reduced as and when possible but I have been taking a sppofull a night for the past 3 weeks and it works brilliantly and I would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering like me.
